How Does it Work?

10 weeks of internal connection, understanding, and letting go, followed by 4 weeks of integration and support.

Run online via zoom, supporting your, physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Creating Safety


Feeling safe in our body is our primary way of allowing ourselves to expand and grow.

If we don't feel safe, we contract our body, defending ourselves, making it hard to really let go.

Using Inner Child practices and techniques we are able to fully understand what feeling safe in our body actually means
Leadership


When we are able to create a felt sense of safety in the body we are able to start to grow and expand energetically.

We start to feel a sense of self control, stability and trust within ourselves.

By guiding you through how your present self can become the parent of your inner child and lead from authenticity and integrity.
Letting Go


When we hold on to energy, just like water it can become stale and stagnant, and it will not feel good in the body.

We also need to create space within our body for new manifestations to take place

Using Somatic & Shamanic healing techniques we take you on a journey in releasing that energy safely and in a way that does not re-traumatise you.

WEEK 1

As part of all of the work that we do on every level, it is important to honour the sacred container that we are creating here together. To start the journey therefore we create an opening ceremony. This will be directed by us, but we encourage all of our participants to add and bring their own flavour.

During the course we will learn about the elements and the four directions, and how each of these relate to each of us. It is important too deeply honour these parts of ourselves as this is what we will be working on and with throughout the program.

WEEK 2

Here we take a look into to the Shamanic compass and how it can be used to understand life and everything in it in a very simple way.

We also believe that the heart itself, that beats for us in each moment, is our compass in connecting to our purpose and our direction in life. If we can understand the way we look at the compass, when we start to become more aligned in our body we will find it more simple to start to find and develop our purpose.

WEEK 3

The body is our home. It is the container that transports all of our energy, thoughts, feelings, and so much more. Helping ourselves feel safe in the body is a whole continuing practice that we must undertake for our whole lives. Learning to be soft and gentle as well as testing and resilient are the polarities that we must work between. During the course we will learn about the elements and the four directions, and how each of these relate to each of us. It is important too deeply honour these parts of ourselves as this is what we will be working on and with throughout the program.

WEEK 4

Becoming a parent on any level is not an easy fete. There are no rule books, there are no blue prints and even the advice out there from people around us is only somewhat helpful as every child is different.

Becoming the parent though is not all about having all the answers and all the solutions, it's more about slowing down and surrendering that you are going to have to learn as you go. The same is said for ourselves and its an important connection to make as we navigate this relationship to our own inner child.

WEEK 5

It is time to go on our first Shamanic journey into your internal world and connect to the inner child within you. Self-Trust and Self Connection and safety are an important aspect of this journey in order for us to be able to truly feel what this is for us. Our Inner child is responsible for the fun in our lives, but when they show up and feel a lack of safety, emotional dis-regulation and emotional outbursts can be frequently common. Nurturing the inner child will create safety and trust within the body. During the course we will learn about the elements and the four directions, and how each of these relate to each of us. It is important too deeply honour these parts of ourselves as this is what we will be working on and with throughout the program.

WEEK 6

Understanding the Masculine and Feminine away from the physical essence of Man and Woman is truly helpful to start to understand the dynamics of the way this world really works. The Yin Yang symbol is a perfect reflection of this in the continuing ways the dance between the masculine and feminine and understanding the simplicity of this dance is a huge key in unlocking our connection to the world around us Becoming the parent though is not all about having all the answers and all the solutions, it's more about slowing down and surrendering that you are going to have to learn as you go. The same is said for ourselves and its an important connection to make as we navigate this relationship to our own inner child.

WEEK 7

The campfire is another sacred place for us. The campfire in relation to the mother and father and a unique method for us to be able to talk to our primary caregivers and let go of any energy that you are holding onto in relation to them. It is a powerful ceremony, giving us the opportunity to create loving compassion for them as well as finding loving compassion for ourselves. During the course we will learn about the elements and the four directions, and how each of these relate to each of us. It is important too deeply honour these parts of ourselves as this is what we will be working on and with throughout the program.

WEEK 8

Just like addictions there are many things that we experience that are on the surface layer of our experience. Using this philosophy we are able to journey deeper to find the layers that lie beneath.

WEEK 9

As we journey beyond the deeper layers of the surface level existence that we sometimes wander through we use our now understanding of the Inner Child to understand this deeper.

The Inner Child is a powerful guardian of our emotional behaviours and patterns and when we face perceived problems the inner child can call upon the mechanisms that used to protect us to play out in our current reality.

Understanding this and how it's has played out in our own life will help us understand the idea that these mechanisms that are being used are outdated and no longer serve us moving forward.

Once we see them we can start the process of letting the go.

WEEK 10

As we begun, for of all of the work that we do on every level, it is important to honour the sacred container that we are creating here together. To start close the journey therefore we also conduct a closing ceremony. This will be directed by us, but we encourage all of our participants to add and bring their own flavour.

This gives us the chance and opportunity to connect to the next steps for all of us as well as ask any questions and have a bit of a share of our journey to this point.

WEEK 14

4 weeks on from the closing ceremony we will open up a separate container to support you with integration. This will mean we will have an opportunity to learn more about how to navigate what we have been experiencing.
